01Bust / Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and under your arms.

02Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point of your torso, just above the hip bone.

03Shoulders

Measure from one shoulder point to the other across the back, following the natural shoulder line.

04Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem (or inseam for bottoms).

05Sleeve / Inseam

For tops: measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. For bottoms: measure from the crotch seam to the hem.
