Not the right fit? No problem. Free returns within 30 days, no questions asked.

30-day window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After that, items are final sale.

Original condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We can't accept items showing wear.

Free returns
Standard ground shipping for returns is on us. Express options are available at cost.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Place a new order and we'll refund the original — fastest way to get the right fit.
The process
Reach out
Email us at returns@bearbells.com or use the contact form. Include your order number and the items you're returning.
Pack it up
Place items in their original packaging — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We'll send a prepaid return label.
Drop it off
Send the package via any major carrier. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Refund issued
Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt to your original payment method.
